Often times prospective adoptive families will inquire as to where Texas Adoption Home Studies (TAHS) provides home study services. The answer is anywhere in Texas!

Through the years of providing home studies we have developed and maintained a seasoned and experienced network of professionals in every area of Texas who complete and prepare home studies for TAHS. We have home study specialists in Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, the Panhandle and Lubbock area, East Texas, El Paso, and South Texas including Harlingen, McAllen, as well as Brownsville. Even though our primary office is in Austin, Texas, TAHS is here to serve you statewide for all your adoption home study needs. Call us toll free at
800-245-2421.

Please join TAHS Director, Laura Johnson and her colleague, Myrei Edwards LCSW, as they spend a day teaching others how to build and establish a home study business. This training will be offering CEU’s as well for this event and that will include ethics. You will learn qualifications, types of studies to write, and participants will receive forms developed over years of writing studies in both the public and private sectors.
